Terms & Conditions $47 Home Energy Assessment
Valid only for residential customers, ages 18 years and older. The home energy assessment must be purchased and conducted by us. The $500 annual savings guarantee is based on the implementation of the suggested changes provided. The savings estimate is based on current energy rates and the customer’s existing energy usage patterns. We guarantee that if the customer implements the recommended changes from the assessment, they will save a minimum of $500 annually on their energy bills. If the customer does not achieve the guaranteed savings, the $47 assessment fee will be refunded, provided the customer can demonstrate that the recommended changes were implemented as instructed. We are not responsible for any factors outside of our control that may affect the customer’s energy usage or savings.
